Convert HEIC to JPG on iPhone
iPhones save photos as HEIC by default. You can switch the camera to JPG or convert existing files in the browser.
Prevent HEIC (new photos)
Settings → Camera → Formats → choose Most Compatible. New shots save as JPG.
